What if it breaks during shipping?
If you notice your piece is broken while unpacking, please STOP and take pictures of the damage while it's still inside the packaging. These images can be used to claim insurance on your piece. I will then cover the cost of shipping both ways and repair your item for free!
Other repairs:
If the piece was accidentally broken, reach out to me and we can assess the damage. In some cases your piece will have to be replaced for the full cost. Otherwise, I can repair it for 50% the cost of your item plus you pay shipping both ways. Sometimes depending on your piece and where it broke, I may charge less for the repair.
