Every piece is handmade, there will be minor inconsistancies in what you recieve vs whats shown in the picture. Sizes may also vary.
Refunds:All purchases are non-refundable.
Repairs:
Repairs are half the price of your item plus you pay shipping. In some cases, the piece may need to be replaced for full price. You can reach out to me through email or instagram to determine the type of repair.
Damaged during shipping:
If your piece arrives broken, please leave it in the package and reach out to me via email or instagram with images of the damage.
Custom Piece Policies:
Custom pieces require a non-refundable 50% deposit and the other 50% once completed. Custom pieces can take 2-6 weeks to complete depending on the order. Custom pieces will be shipped 5-7 business days after second half of deposit plus shipping is recieved.
